Antibodies to virus supposedly causing Bleeding Eye Disease in Uganda have been found in pigs. Is African Swine Fever connected?

CCHFV has been isolated from a number of species including cattle, sheep, hares, goats, hedgehogs, mice and dogs (Kemp et al., 2014).
